How Ejaculating increases Testosterone Production
According to a number of studies, a man’s testosterone levels increase with ejaculation. In a 10-year study of 3,500 people at Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Scotland, it was shown that men who ejaculated 4 to 5 times a week looked on average 10 years younger than men who only ejaculated 2 times a week. Scientists credit this to the increased testosterone production during ejaculation.

The findings that ejaculation increases testosterone production also seem to contradict the advice that football coaches and boxing trainers always give to their athletes. They usually advise their players/fighters not to ejaculate for at least a week before a big game or event. Some boxers don’t ejaculate for the entire time they are training for a fight.Â
