More Ejaculating = Stronger Sex Drive and Harder Erections

I used follow the ancient Taoist theory on semen conservation.

Taoists believed that saving up your semen gives you strength as a man, or as they call it “life essence”.

And they believed that when you ejaculate, or “spill your seed”, you suffer the “little death” and you become sexually and physically weaker.

I had read a couple of books on Taoist theories, and it made sense to me.

So I started saving up my semen.  I would only ejaculate once every other week, and after that ejaculation I would feel SPENT.

So I thought that these Taoists were on to something.

But then I have my good friend Michael.

Michael is a beast who bench presses nearly 400 pounds, curls 135 pounds, and squats who knows how much…

But since ejaculating more, I still feel strong (I’m just as strong in the gym now as I was before), yet I feel more relaxed, more at ease around women, less stressed and anxious, and my sex drive is nice and strong.

Another thing I’ve observed back when I used to save up my semen: after ejaculating I would feel very weak and uneasy… and this feeling would carry over until the next day.

Now, since ejaculating on a more normal basis, I believe that my body has responded, and has adapted to the increased demand for ejaculation, and this in turn has increased my sex drive as well.

Also, ejaculating more often reduces the impact of each ejaculation, and it’s not so powerful as one huge, built up ejaculation that’s released once every other week.

Besides a couple of exercises that I do for harder erections, I’ve also noticed that ejaculating on a regular basis has been good for “conditioning” my penis.  When you’re penis is used to becoming hard every day, and “rewarded” after becoming hard, then you’re penis is almost happy to do so.
