All-Natural Exercises for a Bigger Penis and Harder Erections

Natural Erection Exercises will give you some Monster Morning Wood…

Every time I wake up I have a monster erection.

It’s not only in the mornings either.  In the middle of the night, or whenever else I wake up (even if I take a nap) I wake up with a rock-hard boner… like I used to have in my teens.

Although I’ve always had a healthy erection, including morning erections, I’ve never quite had erections like this when I woke up.

My penis stays 150% erect in the morning, and it takes quite some time before it can go down… (a good and bad thing… but mostly good).

I can thank erection strengthening exercises for this good morning wood.

For instance, I perform a series of kegel-like exercises that work out the pc muscle, pelvic swing and all the other muscles responsible for erection quality.  This works out the internal anchor/base of the erection.

I’m attaching the photo proof of the penis enlargement exercises… they really do work.

As to the erection exercises, there are a number of different exercises that you can do to make your erections stronger… there are some involving strengthening the PC muscle to the max, which works on hardening the erection, there are others where you manually increase the blood flow to the penis, helping it become fully erect faster.

Watermelon… a Natural Erectile Dysfunction Treatment

I love watermelon.  I eat a lot of watermelon during the week, especially when I go to Publix and buy a fruit salad with my lunch.  Good thing I’ve been doing this, because watermelon has been hailed by some scientists to be a natural Viagra.

Not only does watermelon strengthen your erections, but it’s also a way to increase libido naturally.

Watermelon is a rich source of iron, vitamin C, and vitamin A.  However, Citrulline is the constituent of watermelon that has been said to reverse erectile dysfunction.  Citrulline is converted into arginine, an amino acid that relaxes blood vessels and improves the blood flow to the penis without side effects.

Some scientists have gone so far as to say that watermelon is a cure to erectile dysfunction.  Can’t confirm this myself, but you can at least have faith that this is a strong natural remedy for erectile dysfunction.

In combination with erection exercises, you can have a potent cocktail for stronger erections.  Forget Viagra and any other erectile dysfunction treatments… natural’s the way to go.

Which are the best Erectile Dysfunction Treatments?

In a search for stronger erections, I have tried all sorts of erectile dysfunction treatments.  Although I’ve never had too bad of a problem, I could always use a harder erection that lasts longer.

I first experienced some minor “erectile dysfunction” when I had a new girlfriend as a teenager.  It happened a number of times.  Turns out it wasn’t erectile dysfunction at all, but rather sexual performance anxiety.  This form of sexual anxiety was enough to prevent me from achieving an erection, due to the mental block it causes.

So during that time period I researched all sorts of erectile dysfunction treatments.  I came across exercises to strengthen the erection muscles, called kegels.  I thought this was the answer to all of my problems.  While it did give me stronger erections when completely relaxed, I still had sexual performance anxiety almost every time I was going to “perform”.

Upon research, I then found out the correct method for performing kegels, which most people don’t know about.  Part of it included learning how to only work the erection muscles, without including any other muscles.  I also learned the proper amount of time I should kegel for, in order not to over-train the muscle, amongst some other exercises to strengthen the PC muscles.

I also discovered a sure-fire method to overcome my own sexual performance anxiety, which I developed over a few years.  Anytime sexual anxiety comes up, I overcome it with this technique.

Other erectile dysfunction treatments I have tried out are the traditional medications, such as Cialis and Viagra.  And without out a doubt, they work as intended, and provide extremely hard erections that last as long as you need them.  They also seem to reduce the refractory period.

I also tried Enzyte, which worked to increase libido, and provide me with excellent erection quality.

Out of all of the erectile dysfunction treatments I’ve tried out, without a doubt, erection strengthening exercises are my favorite.  Along with the advanced PC strengthening routine, I also perform some exercises to improve the blood flow to the penis.  This provides me with extremely hard erections, that last as long as I need them (whenever I need them).  As a side benefit, it has also made my flaccid penis much larger.

As a compliment to my routine, I perform a number of exercises and activities to naturally boost my testosterone production, the male sex hormone, which in turn increases libido and erection quality.
