Hello Lawrence:

You lost your erection while performing the male multiple orgasm technique because you did ejaculate; no semen came out of your penis, but you did ejaculate inwards, towards the bladder

This is called a retrograde ejaculation, and it is harmless.  However, a retrograde ejaculation will cause your male multiple orgasm attempt to fail.

If you want to check and see if it’s a retrograde ejaculation, urinate into a clear cup or glass (the first time you piss after you had the retrograde ejaculation), and look at the urine… it should be bubbly, with segments of sperm floating around, looking a little like a watery egg drop soup.

A retrograde ejaculation could have happened for a couple of reasons, that can be corrected.

In most cases, you aren’t completely cutting off the ejaculation because you’re not holding the PC squeeze for long enough or hard enough.  Your PC muscle must be trained for you to be able to really slam down the PC muscle and master this technique

It also could have happened because you did the PC squeeze a millisecond or two too late (that’s all it takes).  This late pc squeeze will keep you from outwardly ejaculating, but you will still have a retrograde ejaculation, and this causes you to lose your erection.

If you completely cut off the entire ejaculation during orgasm, you will maintain a full, hard erection after orgasm.   When you are first learning the male multiple orgasm, you might have a 70 - 90% erect level that quickly returns to 100% with a little stimulation, until you master the technique.

Yes I explain how to overcome a retrograde ejaculation in my guide.  I’ll also show you how to master the male multiple orgasm technique, I’ll provide you with the exercises to properly strengthen and train your PC muscle to it’s max, as well as steer you away from another couple of pitfalls that you should avoid.

Also, as I mentioned, a retrograde ejaculation is not harmful.

You may have seen in some places, they mention a retrograde ejaculation as a symptom of certain diseases.  In this case, they are referring to spontaneous retrograde ejaculations… like they happen on their own.  What they are saying is if you have random retrograde ejaculations, it might possibly be a symptom of a disease.

In this case you are having retrograde ejaculations because of your attempt to pull off the male multiple orgasm technique, not because it might be a sign of a disease.

“Are you supposed to do kegals With or Without an erection?”

I received these questions today from a young man by the name of Nick:

Nick: “When I do kegals am I suppose to do them with an erection or it doesnt matter?”

I generally do them without an erection.  I kegel hard until I see the base of my penis getting thicker.

You can do them with an erection though… sometimes when I’m erect I kegel real hard just to feel it at full strength.

Nick: “I think Iv been doing them right but kinda feel like im not seeing a difference. Im just wondering if mabey im doing them wrong.”

If the base of your penis looks a little thicker, if your erections seem harder, if you have more morning wood, you’re doing your kegels correctly.  If you don’t, then you’re doing them wrong.

Could be your not squeezing it hard enough, or for long enough.

If you place a finger directly behind your testicles, up against your “chode” area, and you do a hard kegel, you should feel the area of the chode bulge out a little.

Nick: “When I first started doing them my tailbone became sore but went away, mabey thats a sign im doing them right. Is there any tricks to get a good work out on kegals?  Thank you for your help.”

I’ve felt the tailbone sore a couple of times before, not sure if it’s a sign that you’re doing them right.

I generally try and relax all areas around my PC muscle while I kegel.

I even place a hand on my abdominals and the other on my buttocks, so I can make sure that I’m not tensing these muscles while I kegel.

It’s almost impossible to keep these muscles completely relaxed while you kegel, but placing the hand there and concentrating on ONLY squeezing the PC definitely help to target and strengthen the muscle to it’s max.

It might start off feeling weak, or like not even a complete squeeze, but it quickly gains strength, and then the sexual abilities improve from there.

The Ultimate Sex Guide for Men: Exercises for Harder Erections, Gaining Ejaculation Control, and Shortening Refractory Period

I used to ejaculate RIGHT before my girl was about to orgasm, EVERYTIME.

And then after that ejaculation, my frail penis would take FOREVER to get hard again.

And that’s if I was even up to having a round two.  My refractory period was quite strong, and would pretty much wipe out my libido after the first ejaculation.

And then even if I got hard for a second time, it usually wasn’t as hard as my first erection….

At least I’d be able to last a little longer during the second round.  Never long enough to make my girl orgasm though…

As I’ve gotten older though, it’s almost like I’ve gotten stronger in bed.  My erections are harder, they last longer, I have much more ejaculation control, and I can get hard again really fast after ejaculating.

My refractory period is minimal compared to what it used to be.  After I ejaculate I can get hard again quite easily, oftentimes within only a couple of minutes of my previous ejaculation.

I thought it was supposed to be the opposite?  I thought you were supposed to lose your sexual abilities as you age?

Well, I think in most cases you are supposed to.

A Common Misunderstanding of the Male Sex Drive

While some men feel like having sex all the time, and think about it every few minutes, most men don’t.  That supposed stastic, that men think about sex every minute or so, is total bullshit.

A sex drive is generally only around when you need it…a healthy sex drive does not mean that you should be horny all day.  Even if you only get aroused or think about sex a couple of times a day, chances are you are a perfectly normal male with a healthy sex drive.  You are just not putting it to use.

Some men walk around during the day, and don’t feel random sexual urges, and feel that they are losing their sex drive.  They sit their in front of the computer while working, and wonder, “why don’t I feel like having sex?”

Well, in all honesty, there is nothing wrong with your sex drive unless you are in the act of trying to have sex, and you still don’t get the urges.  And even in this case, you may be suffering from sexual performance anxiety which could be preventing your libido from flowing.

As a man gets older, and he begins to take on more responsibilities and stress, more and more of his energy goes towards these tasks, and less is left over for sex.

Have you ever taken a week off from work?  I bet your sex drive kicks in a little more, and you begin to think about sex a lot more.

Now, if you see attractive women in the nude, or you are in bed with a lover whom you are attracted to, and you still feel no urge to have sex, then their may be a problem with your sex drive.

However, if you are just going through the course of a normal day, and you don’t feel random urges to have sex, there is most likely nothing wrong with you, as long as you can access your libido increases when it counts.

A normal man’s libido should only switch on when it is necessary, or at other times, like watching a sexually attractive woman pass by.  And if your mind is occupied with something else at the moment, you may even choose to ignore the attractive woman…and there is nothing wrong with you.

If, however, you don’t feel any urge to have sex even when in the presence of a sexual opportunity, or if you never feel the urge to ejaculate, you may be experiencing a low libido due to low testosterone levels.

Even if you have lower than normal testosterone levels, there are ways to boost production of testosterone, which in turn will work to increase the sex drive naturally.

“I’m having problems getting it up”…Erectile Dysfunction or Performance Anxiety?

I recieved the e-mail below from a young man named Miles.  The subject of his e-mail was “I’m having problems getting it up”…he is having problems achieving an erection.  Dr. Manpower’s diagnosis: sexual performance anxiety.  Please see below:

My name is Miles and I’m 18 years old. My girlfriend and I just began having sex and I am having serious problems. I have a problem getting it hard or keeping it hard enough in order to put it in.  I have had sex before, so I don’t know what it is. Do you think it could be me or is there something wrong that I don’t know about? I really want to be having sex with her but it is just really difficult getting me really hard and staying that way in order to have sex. Your advice would be much appreciated and I really hope that you can help me overcome this problem.

Hey Miles,
 
I am 99% sure that you have sexual performance anxiety, and not any physical problem.  I’ve gone through this before.  Performance anxiety comes from putting too much pressure on the situation, concentrating on your erection too much, and not relaxing enough and enjoying yourself. 
 
You should also become as comfortable with your partner as possible, and communicate with her…explain to her that you are just nervous because you like her so much, and want to please her…she’ll probably think you’re cute for telling her this.
 
Sexual performance anxiety can become a cycle (let me know if my description of the situation is correct):
 
1.   You realize that you cannot achieve a complete erection quickly, you panic, then you are completey unable to achieve an erection.  No matter what you do, it doesn’t get hard.  You give up on this first encounter, feeling worried and embarrased.
 
2.   Next, you worry about it for a while, even obsess over it at times, and you want to prove to yourself that your erection still works.  This places even more pressure on the situation.  You are very anxious the next time you perform, and this causes you to fail to achieve an erection once again…by this time you are really embarrased, and your girl may even say something like “what’s wrong with you?”, or something along those lines….
 
3.   Then the pressure, depression, obsession gets worse, and you start to think that something is physically wrong with you, and you begin looking into erectile dysfunction treatments…you also dread and are depressed by the idea that you may need Viagra to get an erection for the rest of your life….
 
Am I correct on my description of this?  I told you, I’ve been there before, and it can become a vicious cycle…I have know exactly what it takes to mentally and physically overcome this anxiety.
 
I seriously doubt that you have E.D.  Many people your age experience peformance anxiety for the first time and swear that they have erectile dysfunction.  It happened to me when I was around 17-18, and to a number of my friends as well. 
 
Besides my psychological technique to get over the sexual performance anxiety, my erection exercise routine will greatly help as well.  These exercises can strengthen your erections to their fullest, so you will be more confident in your penis’s abilities.  This will help alleviate some of the pressure on you to perform, and can help you overcome this problem quicker.

How to Overcome a Sensitive Clitoris while Performing Oral Sex

Yeah…I would say its best to get her very aroused first before you even touch the clitoris…lick her inner and outer lips, suck her nipples, finger her…get her very aroused before you have any direct contact with her clitoris.

Then when you are going to lick the clitoris, lick it through the clitoral hood, so that the contact is not direct.  Also, start off with real light pressure, and try to work your way to a little harder pressure after a while.  If she seems to have accustomed to the feeling slightly, then try some direct contact with the clitoris…hopefully by then it won’t be so sensitive.

How I’ve Fortified my Erections…

While I’m still generally young, I’ve already come across a number of erectile difficulties that most men face: an inability to achieve an erection due to sexual performance anxiety, inability to achieve an erection after drinking too much alcohol (aka “whisky dick”), unable to keep an erection for long periods of time…

While there isn’t much I can do about the ol’ whisky dick, I have been able to strengthen my erections in all other regards.  The best cure for whisky dick is to drink less, drink a lot of water, or just sleep it off.  But even after drinking quite a bit, I am now usually able to achieve a full erection.

Now when I achieve an erection, my erection stays fortified, and it is very difficult to make it go soft, unless I ejaculate or wait a long while.  And even after I ejaculate I maintain my erection for a good while, sometimes until the next ejaculation!  This is a new development for me…I used to rapidly lose my erection after I had ejaculated.

When I faced all of these difficulties, especially the sexual performance anxiety, I began to look into erectile dysfunction treatments.  However, the idea of taking a pill to achieve an erection deeply depressed me.

After some research, I compiled a number of erection exercises, some including how to kegel to best target the PC muscle, exercises to improve the blood flow to the penis, as well as other exercises to boost my natural production of testosterone, leading to an increase in libido, as well as better erection quality.  I also learned some pyschological methods to overcome sexual anxiety, which still work to this day, as well as some other mental exercises to instill more confidence in my erections.

Nowadays my erections are hard as steel and last as long as I need them…no bullshitting.  My erection feels stronger than it did during my teens (when I used to get full erections for almost anything).
