  • Eat broccoli and spinach, it contains indole 3’s that remove estrogen from the body, allowing testosterone to roam more freely
  • Do power workouts in the gym, including squats, leg press, and bench press. Push the limits on what you can lift (one of the best testosterone boosters and ways to improve refractory period)
  • Make sure to get a full night’s sleep as often as possible
  • Eat mixed nuts, and other fats (both healthy and unhealthy fats are great for boosting testosterone)
