There are possible PHYSICAL contributors to premature ejaculation as well.  You may have a genetic cause.  Serotonin levels are your “happy chemical” (more like a neurotransmitter, but don’t want to go into such detail)… people with low levels of serotonin circulating in their brain have been shown to have premature ejaculation… that’s why when someone takes a medication to boost serotonin circulation in the brain, they find that it greatly delays ejaculation…

If you are to take a low dose of an SSRI, the medication that increases serotonin levels, not only will it boost your mood, but it will greatly delay ejaculation…

Follow either one of these methods, and you’ll be lasting longer during sex in no time… combine them, and it will work even better.  I, for one, believe I naturally have somewhat low serotonin levels (always been somewhat of a pessimistic person with mood swings, although I try my best not to be… my dad’s the same), but the ejaculation control exercises were enough for me to last longer during sex.
