How To Stay Hard After Orgasm & Eliminate Refractory Period (MMO)

How to eliminate refractory periodThe male multiple orgasm (MMO) technique teaches you how to hold back your ejaculation during orgasm, allowing you to have a “dry orgasm” and override your refractory period (ejaculation is the trigger for the refractory period/prolactin/oxytocin release, not orgasm).

Thing is, it’s such a strange technique when you first try it.  It requires a strong PC muscle, and impeccable technique, but once mastered, you can have 5, 6 or more dry orgasms, lasting as long as you want during intercourse, and then when you DO decide to release with the big bang (ejaculation), you’ll release a massive load, accompanied by a mind-blowing orgasm.

One concern men sometimes have is the refractory period…. I received this e-mail the other day from a man who recently read my guide:

“I found your book very interesting and helpful, I am a little concerned about this ‘multiple orgasm’ business though. Surely retracting sperm is damaging to the prostate?

It’s just that when I tried the technique I could feel that the semen had been released slightly, but i seemed to just go back somehow, I think this may have been a ‘retrograde’ case, but it still worries me a little.

I don’t mean for this to sound like a complaint because I have found your book very helpful in many ways; it’s just I’m so intrigued by some of the potentially life changing things you have discussed in your guide.

thanks,”

My response:

Hi Devin:

Having a retrograde ejaculation during the male multiple orgasm technique is not harmful to your prostate.  You’re not “retracting” the semen, you’re holding back from it coming out at all… and then the idea is to release it in the end anyway.

If you research online (Mayo Clinic is a good source), retrograde ejaculations are harmless.  However, in this case you are CHOOSING to have a retrograde ejaculation.

Some men have retrograde ejaculations all the time, not by choice.  In that case, these men don’t ever ejaculate much semen, if any at all.   And they may have fertility issues as a result of this.

But in the case of male multiple orgasms, you choose when you want to hold back from ejaculating, and if a retrograde ejaculation results from this, no worries… your prostate will be just fine (just make sure to “flush the system” on a regular basis).

(take note: retrograde ejaculations, while harmless, can still cause you to fail at the male multiple orgasm technique… so you want to avoid them when attempting the technique).
