Concentration is a skill that can be developed just like any other skill.  Meditating on one single thing (called single pointed concentration), such as your breath, will help to develop your concentration… but you need to practice this on a regular basis.

This improved concentration will work very well to harness complete ejaculation control.  You want to concentrate on keeping your arousal levels low, and while continuing to penetrate, you want to block out overly-arousing thoughts, and not allow outside influences (such as moaning) to knock you off course.

Age and experience, of course, add to your concentration abilities.

As to the physical ways to delay ejaculation, relaxing your pelvic and PC muscles also helps, and concentrating on stimulating the clit, rather than pounding away, will ensure that you bring your lady to orgasm faster, not needing to last extraordinarily long.
