How To Reduce The Refractory Period In Men…

I always had a fairly powerful refractory period. After ejaculating it would take a good while, at least an hour, to get a full erection again. And even then the erection wouldn’t be as hard as before. Luckily, I’ve figured out how to reduce the refractory period.

In case you are unaware of the terminology, the refractory period is the time period after you ejaculate. It is the time until you can have an erection again. A very lucky few have no refractory period, and can keep an erection right after ejaculating. The rest of us have to wait a while, and this time period increases as you get older.

I remember having sex with a girl, ejaculating, and then laying there in bed, mentally dead and physically limp. My penis was a soft, floppy piece of flesh pretty much. I remember the girl playing with my dick for a good while trying to make it hard, and it took forever…like I’d say at least an hour (of embarrassment).  My refractory period was a time of suffering rather than pleasure.

Fast forward to now. During a fling with an ex-girl of mine, I had a fair amount of sex and then ejaculated. After this ejaculation, my penis remained hard for a while, but even when it went soft again, it was still a lot thicker and alive-feeling than it used to be during a refractory period.

I also realized that I wasn’t as mentally drained as I used to be either. So upon a couple of minutes of fooling around…my penis sprung into full erection as if I hadn’t even ejaculated yet. I virtually had no refractory period.

This amazed me. I’ve been doing some fairly intense erection strengthening exercises, and I figure the conditioning from the natural penis enlargement exercises helped out with the increased blood flow. Either way, it really made my day. As to the fact that I wasn’t mentally drained, it must be some of the exercises and things I do to keep my testosterone levels up and increase libido.

I have to admit, this really made my day.  Another way to completely eliminate the refractory period is to perform the male multiple orgasm technique.
