I had the worst premature ejaculation for years.

Part of it is keeping your mind at ease… mentally monitor your arousal, and make sure your arousal levels are low… don’t think about something else… that’s no good

Just concentrate on your arousal levels, and keep them low… this is fundamental if you are trying to learn how to last longer during sex.
