The idea of it being \u201call in your head\u201d doesn\u2019t really help though, since mental issues are often just as hard to treat as physical ones (or harder). By obsessing over it being your fault, your brain\u2019s failure, or your inability to accept your \u201csexual duty\u201d as a man, your erectile function will <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">get better. Worry will make it worse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is why you need a clean slate. No more \u201call in your head.\u201d No more \u201cjust relax.\u201d By explaining the exact link between what we call anxiety, where that anxiety comes from, and the difficulties men have with erectile dysfunction, we want to help you break the cycle of stress that\u2019s causing the mental (and physical) reactions that are preventing you from having the best sex you can.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why is Sex a \u201cPerformance?\u201d<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performing is stressful.
