However,\u00a0due to the important\u00a0role spinach and broccoli\u00a0play in my testosterone, I now eat them with a little more motivation and enjoyment.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how each of these veggies enhances your sexual prowess&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>How Spinach Increases Testosterone Production<\/h2>\n<p>Spinach contains high levels of the minerals magnesium and zinc. \u00a0Various studies have shown the importance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3958794\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">magnesium<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/8875519\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zinc<\/a> in the production of testosterone. It\u00a0can even boost testosterone levels in sedentary men (in other words, men who sit on their ass all day\u00a0and don&#8217;t exercise).<\/p>\n<h2>How Broccoli Boosts Testosterone Levels<\/h2>\n<p>Broccoli is packed\u00a0with a food compound\u00a0called indole-3-carbinol. This stuff demolishes the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/low-testosterone\/anti-estrogen-diet-men#GreenTea7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estrogen<\/a> in your body. Yes, even men have some estrogen (much less than women, but still present), and as expected, the female sex hormone wreaks havoc on our manliness by reducing testosterone levels, as well as increasing stomach fat (which also reduces testosterone). Studies have shown indole-3&#8217;s reduce &#8220;E levels&#8221; by as much as 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Broccoli is also high in fiber, increasing your metabolism, slimming down your gut, and therefore increasing testosterone levels by another means.<\/p>\n<p>=======<\/p>\n<p>Two quick\u00a0and easy\u00a0ways to naturally increase male libido&#8230; but\u00a0here&#8217;s the kicker&#8230; you have to eat these <em>raw<\/em> to really receive the most benefits from them.
