Back in my premature ejaculation days, I tried all kinds of things to last longer during sex.<\/p>\n<p>I tried all the supposed methods to overcome premature ejaculation (that never work):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stop-and-start<\/li>\n<li>squeeze technique<\/li>\n<li>thinking about something else<\/li>\n<li>drinking excessively<\/li>\n<li>ejaculating right before sex<\/li>\n<li>having the girl pulling on my testicles (that was supposed to make me\u00a0last LONGER?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>None of them helped me to delay ejaculation&#8230;.<\/p>\n<h2>But one thing DID help me greatly delay ejaculation, and be able to last longer in bed: Zoloft, an antidepressant<\/h2>\n<p>I was going through a rough patch in my life at one time, and my doc prescribed me Zoloft. \u00a0After the violent diarrhea and insomnia subsided, I had new-found, superman powers of ejaculation control. I was able to last as long as I wanted.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than fighting to keep FROM ejaculating with my girl, I had to fight TO ejaculate. It was a nice struggle to have, especially for someone who sufferered from PE for so long.<\/p>\n<p>However, in time, I began to get real &#8220;OCD-ish&#8221; from the antidepressants, with a number of things, and my personality slightly changed. Anxiety increased a bit, and I was extra hyper in a way, and formed an &#8220;addictive&#8221; personality (I began binge drinking heavily, and blacking out quite a bit. But the weird thing is, when I thought about going out, I was overwhelmed and would get tired&#8230;\u00a0 Plus my sex drive suffered a bit.<\/p>\n<p>I never suffered from erectile dysfunction from SSRIs.<\/p>\n<p>So I stopped the SSRI&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>In no time, my energy levels were back up, and I was the same old David. I had gleaned some insights into ejaculation control (due to seeing things through &#8220;new eyes&#8221;), but my superman ejaculation control properties did not stay.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily,\u00a0I&#8217;ve learned<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mistermanpower.net\/ejaculation_control.php\"> how to train myself to last longer during sex since then<\/a>, and premature ejaculation is no longer a problem, but it showed me what a strong solution SSRI&#8217;s are for overcoming PE.<\/p>\n<h2>So how to gain the sex-elongating benefits of SSRI&#8217;s without the side effects? On demand SSRI treatment would be best<\/h2>\n<p>That&#8217;s where <strong>dapoxetine<\/strong> (marketed under the brand name Priligy or Westoxetin) works well. \u00a0On demand treatment of dapoxetine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16962882\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">was shown to triple the amount of time men could last in bed<\/a>, <em>and<\/em> some&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On demand treatment of dapoxetine, taken 1 &#8211; 3 hours before sex, was shown to increase the amount of time men\u00a0with moderate- to severe-premature ejaculation could last from 0.90 seconds (starting point), to 2.78 minutes for a 30 mg dosage, and 3.32 minutes for a 60 mg dosage. \u00a0That&#8217;s a massive difference!<\/p>\n<p>But what&#8217;s even more interesting (to me at least), is that the men in the placebo group nearly doubled the amount of time they could last during intercourse (from 0.90 minutes to 1.75 minutes), just because they THOUGHT that they took a pill that allowed them to last longer!<\/p>\n<p>Show&#8217;s how strong a role the mind plays in ejaculation control!<\/p>\n<p>So if you want to treat your premature ejaculation with an on-demand treatment, dapoxetine works, and with minimal side effects.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to learn how to last longer during sex mentally, without the need for meds,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mistermanpower.net\/ejaculation_control.php\">see here&#8230;<\/a> these exercises will train your mind and body to KNOW that you can last as long as you want.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever method you choose, do something!
