There’s a lot of misinformation out there about the female orgasm.
The one guideline on female orgasm that I always here is that it takes 20 minutes to make a woman orgasm.
Well, maybe 20 minutes of regular, in-out penetration. That’s because with that type of penetration, you’re not hitting the clitoris the right way.
Real, female-orgasm producing sex is more like a digging, with you grinding into her her clit with your pelvic bone. Adding some speed to the stroke helps.
If you want to make a girl orgasm in 5 minutes or less, it’s not the in-and-out ramming you see in porn.
Just yesterday, I went down on my girl for a couple of minutes, licking her clit while fingering her g-spot.
Once I entered her, I penetrated while putting pressure on her clit, and keeping up a steady pace. I sucked on her neck and earlobe, while pulling her hair and telling her nasty things… a woman’s mind plays a strong role in her orgasm.
After three or four minutes she was pushing her pelvis / clit / vagina back into me, and I pumped away until she cried out and clenched in orgasmic contractions, then released and relaxed her muscles.
In five minutes I was able to give my girl an orgasm with penetration alone.
So much for the 20 minutes. And she’s not the first.
Things you need to do to make sure you’re making a woman orgasm in just a few minutes:
- Warm her up sufficiently, learn about foreplay and go down on her for a bit to warm up the clitoris.
- Learn the proper stroke. Learn to rub the clit on the in and out stroke with your pelvis. Work on it till you find one where she seems to “react”… involuntarily.
- Learn some ejaculation control, at least so you can last long enough to get through her orgasm.
- Learn what she enjoys other than penetration – for instance, kissing the neck, playing with her breasts, kissing, pulling hair, spanking, being called names… choking… each woman is very different. You may turn one on with something, while terrorizing the next.
Follow these tips and you’ll be giving your girl multiple orgasms in no time, then you get to enjoy your orgasm how you please (if you’re not getting off with simultaneous orgasms… the best).
