If you know anything about natural penis enlargement exercises, there are some basics.
Stretching = stretching the flaccid penis with your hands and holding in place for some time.
Jelqing = sort of like milking a cow, but your penis in a semi-erect state.
These are the basics.
Then you get into the more advanced exercises….
Many places you may have learned PE from — many of them overlook a very traditional and key part of natural penis enlargement – the good ol’ back-and forth slapping of your flaccid penis in between stretches.
And I’m not talking about 5 or 6, I’m talking about 25 – 50 going horizontal, 25 – 50 going up and down. And hard.
This is something that was originally taught in penis enlargement, but in the laziness of the modern ADD generation, things like this got forgotten… but they were there because they served a purpose.
Your penis sort of plumps up but remains soft and more “pliable”. Especially if you get a good stretch in before “slapping”.
Perform these slaps every so often in- between stretches, and you’ll have a larger penis to work on throughout your workout. This increases your length and girth gains per session.
Your penis needs to be “woken up” but not erect… at least somewhat, by the time you jelq. You gotta get some bloodflow goin.
