Penis Enlargement Studies, Science & Photos – Supporting Evidence

I’ve increased my penis size with manual enlargement exercises, as have the men I learned PE from, as have the thousands of men who’ve learned the techniques from me.

So I know it works…

But up until now, unfortunately, science unfortunately hasn’t performed any large scale, serious studies on manual penis enlargement techniques.

And while I even know of a couple actual doctors who do manual penis enlargement — including one who would brag about being the largest on the nude beach he’d frequent — you’re not going to find any strong, public medical approval of penis enlargement… at least not anytime soon.

BUT!…

When it comes to science supporting penis enlargement, there are some studies, surveys and actual penis enlargement photos (before-and-after) showing that you can enlarge the penis, and without injury, that should hopefully give you enough confidence in the techniques to try out for yourself.

I’d say the before and after photo will be the most convincing, but worth hearing out the few penis enlargement studies and related info that supports PE.

Survey of 545 Men And Their Natural Penis Enlargement Results

Back in 2008, a survey of 545 men was carried out on the now defunct AdvancedSurvey.com.

I emailed the results of the study to myself, and have kept them in my records:

  • Top gainers were able to gain 1 inch in length and half an inch in extra girth in 3 months of performing the exercises
  • Out of the 545 men, only 7 felt that penis enlargement exercises did not work
  • Men who ejaculated less gained more
  • The majority of men experienced stronger and harder erections
  • The amount of time put in correlated to gains made

While surveys are not without their flaws, and this would been better in a more controlled setting, seeing repeating results in a large group is indeed strong anecdotal evidence.

Penis Enlargement Studies Showing Size Gains Are Possible with An Extension Device

In a 2011 study published in the Journal Of Sexual Medicine, after 3 months of wearing an extension device for several hours a day, men showed a permanent increase in flaccid penis size of 1.7 centimeters (0.66 inch), and a permanent increase in erect size of the same increase (1.7 centimeters or 0.66 inch). The glans (penis head) showed a slight increase in size, as well.

A 2009 study published in the British Journal of Urology had similar findings, only with a larger flaccid gain of nearly an inch at the end of the study period.

The results of these penis enlargement studies show that the enlargement of the penis is possible, but in my option, due to the results after so much hard work, I find extension devices to not be a good penis enlargement method, especially with such a heavy investment in time.

I gained about that much size in my first couple months of applying the manual penis enlargement exercises, and that was only for a few minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week.

With manual techniques, you can add more force to the tunica and ligaments, and pull in different directions, which is very important, as opposed to an extension device that just stretches out straight forward. With manual techniques, you can also add girth, and extension / traction devices lack in that area.

Study On Heat And Elongation Of Collagenous Tissue

penis enlargement studyWhile not a penis, this study shows some interesting effect on how heat, and applying force, leads to permanent elongation of collagenous tissue (our penis is made up of collagenous tissue).

While a rat’s tail is not a penis, it’s still quite interesting.

From the study:

“The data showed that the low force, long duration procedure was very effective at producing residual elongation. Elevating tissue temperature and maintaining it prior to applying force was found to cause significantly less damage; and finally, the lower loads applied at elevated temperatures for prolonged periods were found to produce significantly greater residual elongation.”

Before you freak out at the word damage, just know, when you are lifting weights, you are “damaging” your muscles, and they heal in a larger state.

This study also shows the importance of warming up before (and during) your penis enlargement exercises… it’s not just for injury prevention, but actually leads to greater gains.

Penis Enlargement Photos Proving That PE Works

One of the strongest pieces of evidence for me, when I was gaining faith in penis enlargement, were personal testimonials from men, along with the accompanying before-and-after photos showing their results.

SEEING, with your own eyes, a penis that has been enlarged, is powerful proof that penis enlargement works.

Men who’ve read my guide have sent me before-and-after photos showing the gains they made, and I’ve collected them all on one .pdf file. Some men have gained some serious size.

You can build up faith in confidence in penis enlargement with these studies and photos, but in the end, penis enlargement requires a leap of faith more than anything. Warm up, don’t overdo it, and you won’t injure yourself… your penis is FAR more resilient than you think it is.

Not until you put that ruler up next to your penis, and see a measurably larger erection, will the doubt be completely removed from your mind.

Get a Bigger Flaccid Penis Size by Improving Nasal Breathing

Since resolving some nasal inflammation I had with Flonase, and improving my nasal breathing, I’ve noticed a much bigger flaccid penis size…

One area of penis enlargement I’ve always been interested in is the bigger flaccid penis size it gives you. There’s something about being large when not erect that feels good… gives you a masculine confidence even when just relaxing.

Hence the terms “cock sure”“swinging dicks”… etc, which generally mean uber-confident.

While not advocating you being a egomaniac or dick, in general, penis enlargement exercises help you gain this extra flaccid size, and quick, which can lead to a solid confidence.

Growing up, naturally, I was always small when flaccid, so when I discovered that I was able to make my flaccid penis bigger on my own, it was great news to me.

Funny thing is, even though my flaccid penis is much larger than it used to be, for the last couple of years there were fluctuations in size.

Even at its smallest, at least it had some decent length and girth to it, which is much more than I could say about it before beginning the exercises.

But at its smallest, there were days where it would still feel lighter in weight than I would have liked… I’d wish it had a bit more life to it.

This was in contrast to days where it was just long, heavy and hanging, how it used to be at all times… and I’d wonder…

Why some days my flaccid penis hung so much and was full of life while other days it was just kind of lifeless?

So I paid close attention to my daily habits… what was the variable?

Could it be when I didn’t sleep well, this lack of sleep contributed to poorer circulation and lesser testosterone production possibly leading to a temporarily smaller flaccid hang?

But some days I didn’t sleep well and I was long as hell and hanging, and other days I slept like a champ, and it wasn’t at its optimum.

Medication?

NSAIDs like Advil seemed to shrink it up a bit, but I didn’t take them often.

Cardio?

Definitely had a positive effect. Any time I’d do some exercise, there was a bigger flaccid hang. But even with that, there were still some variatiosn for the hours and days following… sometimes it’d be super hung, sometimes lifeless.

Vitamins?

I take a GNC Megaman Vitamin, along with an extra Vitamin D on a regular basis. Vitamin D is KEY for us men to keep our erection quality and hormone production healthy, but these didn’t permanently leave me in the super large state I had hoped to be in at all times. Still some random variability.

Hydration?… I always drank plenty of water… still variability in size. Anxiety? Yes… social anxiety could lead to a difference, and feeling comfortable would usually lead to my boy “laying out relaxed”.  However, there were days when I felt anxious, yet was super hung, so not a good enough explanation.

So what the hell was it?

Went to Doctor for a Hand Injury, Left with the Secret to a Bigger Flaccid Penis Hang at All Times

I’ve had an annoying pain in my thumb for a good while now that hasn’t gone away. I believe it was from an injury playing basketball, but hard to pin the exact event.

Went to the doctor to check it out, who provided me with a referral to a hand specialist. I thought that was going to be it, but then she told me to sit up on the examination table.

She checked my reflexes, lungs, ears, eyes, etc… and then nose.

When she got to my nose, she said something along the lines of “wow, you have a lot of inflammation”, which she explained was most likely due to allergies.

My allergies had been really acting up in last couple years… off and on… flaccid penis size fluctuated last couple of years… off and on… could this have been the missing link?

I didn’t really feel like my nose was stuffed up, but the airways must have been constricted, limiting my breathing ability to less than its full potential… allergies and poor nasal breathing lead to poorer cardiovascular function and circulation, which would make sense why my penis wouldn’t be at full potential either.

She prescribed me Flonase, and said to take two sprays in each nostril once a day, which would reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages and improve breathing.

From the first day I could see the effect.

The improved breathing was definitely great… I hadn’t even noticed what I had been carrying around with me!  I had been “respiratorily-impaired” for so long!

Not only was I in a much better mood, but my cardiovascular function was also improved. With some research, I found out nasal breathing also increases nitric oxide levels which is a vasodilator, leading to improved bloodflow.

I felt stronger in the gym, lifted heavier weight for more reps (hey, natural NO Xplode?) and of course, my favorite part, my penis has been hanging in all its glory, at all times.

Take note, while this improvement in flaccid size from improved nasal breathing can most likely be replicated in yourself, to really increase the flaccid penis size and length, I recommend manual penis enlargement exercises. You can find more on how to make your flaccid penis much bigger, here…

Testosterone Maintaining Effects Of Quick, Early-Day Workout

testosterone sprintingAs men, we wake up in the morning with our highest stores of testosterone, and then throughout the day, thanks to cortisol, our stress hormone, picking at us, T levels slowly drop.

A recent study has shown a way to offset this effect, and keep your masculinity at full-strength throughout the day.

18 rugby players were used in the study, and broken up into 3 groups:

1) those that sprinted in the morning (5 x 40 meter runs)

2) those that performed squats and bench press (3 sets of each using their max weight)

3) those that did nothing in the morning (the control group).

Later on in the afternoon, testosterone levels were measured, as was athletic performance.

WEIGHTS REIGN SUPREME

The ones that squatted and bench pressed in the morning experienced little to no reduction in testosterone production, throughout the day, to the time levels were measured.  They also had the best athletic performance, including faster sprint times!

SPRINTING MAINTAINED MORE TESTOSTERONE THAN MEN WHO DID NOTHING

The sprinting group experienced a reduction in testosterone throughout the day, but much less than the group that did nothing. They also experienced better athletic performance than the group that did nothing, but not as good as the weight lifters.

(Sprinting on it’s own has been shown to quickly provide a boost of testosterone, for up to an hour after the exercise has been performed. And when done on a regular basis, men have been shown to have higher testosterone levels than men who don’t sprint).

THOSE THAT DO NOTHING, KEEP NOTHING

Men that did zero exercise in the morning experienced the fastest reduction in testosterone throughout the day, and weakest performance in the the sporting events in the afternoon… shame on them (although this summarizes 99% of us men, myself included…).

So the good news for keeping your testosterone high? Doesn’t require much time and effort… 

Sprinting 5 times for 40 meters seems to require much more effort (at least in my mind), than performing 3 sets of squats and 3 sets of bench press.

Even if you only perform these weight lifting exercises 3 times a week, you will have higher testosterone levels than most men around you. And honestly, 3 sets of squats and 3 sets of bench press, even with max weight, can be knocked out in 30 minutes or less.

Testosterone plays such a key role in our overall mood, strength, confidence, libido, erection quality and more, that you should highly consider working in some weight training into your week, if you are not currently doing so.

Other things like absorbing sunrays, eating a fair amount of fats, getting a full night’s rest, reducing alcohol intake, doing testicle massages under a cold shower, help boost testosterone, and therefore increase male libido and all the other masculine benefits, but weight training may have the strongest effect of all of these.

Right now I am:

  • Helping to grow a company I’ve been with for 10 years now, doing the SEO, internet marketing and managing the development.
  • Being a dad, and figuring out what high school my daughter is going to go to.
  • Lifting consistently in the gym, running and bike riding a few times a week.
  • Working on myself, improving daily.
  • Trying to come back from a sorry start to my Fantasy Football season. Injuries have plagued my team, but things are looking up this week.
