Fully Grown Man Increases Penis Size With TRT (Testosterone)

Smaller than average penis size? This study on TRT’s effects on penis size should show some promise to grown men looking to increase their own size.

A 34 year old man presented to his doctor with complaints of an under-grown beard and very small amounts of body and pubic hair.

However, upon further examination, the doctor discovered that besides the man also reporting having absent ejaculations & infrequent morning wood, the man had a very small penis (1.9 inches when stretched), about the size of a pre-pubescent boy’s. Testicles were much smaller than average, as well.

These all pointed to underproduction of testosterone, due to hypogonadism.

This could have been occurring since birth, or due to some injury to the testicles… however, it most likely happened before puberty, before penis growth could occur.

His testosterone levels were at 55.99 ng/dL, way below the average range of 270-1,070 ng/dL, so the doctor immediately placed him on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and kept him on the therapy for 9 months before measuring his penis and testicle size after treatment period.

At the end of the 9 months, his penis length was now 3.7 inches in length, and his testicles had doubled in size…

While not an extreme gain, it’s still pretty amazing that a man well-beyond the end puberty was able to make such gains in penis size from TRT alone.

Would TRT Then Work to Increase YOUR OWN Penis Size?

Unless you suffer from hypogonadism, TRT on it’s own will not likely have a drastic effect on your penis size.

But if you have micropenis or a significantly smaller penis, and have other of the above-mentioned indicators of possible hypogonadism, don’t hesitate to present these findings to your doctor. If he’s reasonable, he’ll most likely write you a prescription for TRT (which can also comes in gels, patches, pills and other methods that don’t require a doctor’s visit).

Besides reduced body hair and smaller genitalia, here are some other signs of hypogonadism to look out for:

  • Decreased development of muscle mass
  • High pitched voice
  • Excessive growth of the arms and legs in relation to the trunk of the body
  • Development of breast tissue (gynecomastia)
  • Undescended testicles
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Infertility
  • Loss of bone mass (osteoporosis)
  • Having had mumps on the testicles
  • Fatigue
  • Decreased sex drive
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Hot flashes

It would most likely be a good idea to get your hormone levels tested before assuming you have hypogonadism. Your GP should be able to get this blood work ordered for you.

Testofen (Fenugreek), a Seed Extract

A recent study showed that testofen (fenugreek – a popular ingredient and spice used in dishes in South Asia) not only naturally increases erectile strength in healthy aging men, but improves testosterone production as well. And what works for a healthy aging male, will work just as well, if not better, for a younger male, so this is good news for men of all ages.

After 12 weeks of treatment in these men, both total serum testosterone and free testosterone increased compared to placebo, as well as sexual function, number of morning erections and frequency of sexual activity.

Red Ginseng

Red ginseng is a slow growing plant with fleshy roots that grows in cooler climates in North America and Asia. Several studies have shown red ginseng’s efficacy when it comes to improving erection quality naturally. It increases nitric oxide in the penis (much like ED medications do), leading to an increase of blood flow to the penis.

Yohimbine

Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)

Epimedium, which goes by several names, including horny goat weed, is a flowering plant that mainly grows in China, but is also found in other parts of Asia and the Mediterranean. The plant contains icariin, which has been shown to be a mild phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, much like ED meds.

Besides a number of studies showing its ability to improve erectile strength naturally, it has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to treat sexual ailments.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo biloba is the only living species in the division Ginkgophyta, all others being extinct. It is found in fossils dating back 270 million years. Native to China, the tree is widely cultivated and was introduced early to human history.

Much like epimedium, ginkgo has also been shown in studies to have PDE5 inhibiting effects.

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)

A naturally occurring steroid produced in the adrenal glands, DHEA has been shown to improve erection quality in a small study of men. DHEA can be purchased in capsule / tablet form.

Vitamin D

Also naturally occurring, Vitamin D has been shown in recent studies to increase erectile strength, as well as improve testosterone production in men who have low Vitamin D levels.

Vitamin D levels can be increased with sun exposure, drinking milk, or vitamin supplementation. One of the easiest natural fixes to ED around.

Meditation Boosts Testosterone Levels, Study Shows

Think those monks spending their lives in chastity, meditating on mountains are a bunch of weak fairies? Their testosterone levels are probably through the roof thanks to their meditation and semen conservation!

Poor guys, don’t get to reap the benefits of the male sex hormone, though…

But we can!

4 Months Of Meditation Leads To Decrease in Stress Hormone, and Increase In Testosterone Levels, Growth Hormone, and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone

According to this study, the subjects of the study were broken up into two groups, one that performed transcendental meditation, and another, the control group, that was taught stress control techniques.

Blood was drawn before and after the 4-month study, in order to examine hormone levels for cortisol, testosterone, growth hormone (GH) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).

In the group that performed transcendental meditation, cortisol, the stress hormone, was found to be significantly lower than baseline and lower than the control group. Meanwhile T levels were boosted, as were growth hormone and TSH compared to baseline and control group.

Cortisol has an inverse relationship with testosterone, so this makes perfect sense to me — when cortisol levels increases, testosterone levels drop, and vice versa.

In the day to day way we live our life, we never have enough down time.

Our down time is scrolling through our phone, being on group chats, playing video games, checking out social media or zombie-ing out in front of the TV. None of these give our mind the ability to really rest. Your mind is still active… moving… agitated.

And apparently, even stress control techniques don’t help to really keep the cortisol in check, and hence keep our testosterone levels healthy.

Shut the mind off… let it chill for a little while.

Meditation is like putting your mind in the hot tub… letting it fully relax. And when fully relaxed, the stress hormone cortisol is reduced, and the male sex hormone testosterone comes out to play.

What Is The Difference Between Regular Meditation and Transcendental Meditation?

I’ve researched on the benefits of meditation, and have practiced it off and on, for several years now.

I’ve heard several methods… letting the mind just become empty… or letting your mind think about whatever it’d like, and just watch… or concentrating on your breath, or on one thing (single pointed meditation).

Transcendental, as amazing as it sounds, doesn’t sound any different. On Quora, a few users summarized what it was, without the need to sign up for the week long courses found all over the internet:

  • You close your eyes, and think about a mantra (for example: peace). You think it repeatedly only at the beginning of your meditation.
  • After a while, let go, and allow the mantra to change in any way it wants (while staying the same word). Let it get louder, softer, faster, slower, etc. But it becomes more of a listening, than a mental repeating of it. Let it repeat on it’s own. The TM movement calls it “effortless.
  • Let thoughts come and go, and coexist with the mantra. Don’t put effort to push them out or override them with the mantra.
  • If the mantra disappears, don’t “mentally say it”, but let it come back into existence on it’s own, just by remembering it…
  • At the end, stop thinking the mantra, and let your mind be as it is for 2 minutes or so, then open the eyes.

Nothing that different from other teachings of meditations, but worth trying out (I know I will tonight).

As to the hormonal effects of other forms of meditation, I’m pretty sure they all provide some benefit.

Find one that clears your mind, and leaves you with that peaceful, blank, more understanding state that occurs after a good meditation, and your cortisol will probably drop on it’s own, and T levels rise as well.

Failing At The Male Multiple Orgasm (MMO)? Here’s Why

The male multiple orgasm technique (MMO) is a powerful move, if you know how to use it during sex.

Tough part is mastering the MMO so you can do it every time.

For the longest time, I had a problem performing it… I’d generally have one of the two following things happen when going for MMOs:

  • Have a dry orgasm, but not internally cut off all the ejaculation with the PC squeeze, causing me to have a retrograde ejaculation and still lose my erection, or
  • Have a dry orgasm, and then IMMEDIATELY have a followup orgasm, that I couldn’t control / block off the ejaculation

Both of these outcomes lead to me not only failing at the technique, but also ejaculating a not so enjoyable orgasm (shoot, I would have rather been masturbating full speed towards orgasm while watching a porn, or having rough sex with a girl… not wasting it alone in a room with no mental stimulation).

And deep down, to some extent, I still hold the Taoist belief that saving up semen is important for maintaining my strength and masculine power (science actually supports this, too – saving up ejaculation builds up testosterone).

The Half Ass Ejaculation Causes a Failed MMO Orgasm To Be So Much Worse…

So I gave up on it altogether for a long time.

Why give it a shot, I thought, when I had failed so many times and wasted so much semen, without even getting anything back from it. My confidence in the technique was very low.

A failed attempt was going to mean a lot now… and didn’t want to face that again.

Finally Performing The MMO Technique – Joy, Pride, Power… And Lots Of Orgasms Without Going Soft

I had absorbed a substantial amount of information on the technique… how to properly strengthen the PC muscle, when to clamp down, how long and hard to hold that squeeze, and a few other important preparations, especially what to do at the “point of no return”.

I had the apartment to myself, and I put on a porn. Not sure why I chose such strong visual and mental stimulation, but hey…

I slowly built up arousal, and let it subside.. build up a little higher… let it subside… after a few more physical and mental preparations, I went for it.

Clamped at the perfect time near orgasm, had a dry orgasm, cut off all the ejaculation, and stayed rock hard… all the while watching some big titty Latina or something like that 😉

The coolest part to me was how hard my erection had remained after having this dry orgasm… I walked to the kitchen with a rock hard orgasm, served myself a glass of water, drank it… and I was still hard as if I hadn’t orgasmed yet… and still horny.

WHAT POWER!!!

Then I went back to my porn vixen and worked my way up to a next orgasm, repeated the process… dry, orgasmic contractions… penis still rock hard… I had my SECOND orgasm without losing any erection strength…

After some time, I built up to my third orgasm, and finally decided to release with an extremely powerful ejaculation. Well deserved.

From then on, I went on to increase the amount of times I was able to stay hard after orgasm, and now have MMO orgasms during sex and last as long as I want
