Penis Slapping; a Traditional / Effective, but Overlooked, PE Exercise

If you know anything about natural penis enlargement exercises, there are some basics.

Stretching = stretching the flaccid penis with your hands and holding in place for some time.

Jelqing = sort of like milking a cow, but your penis in a semi-erect state.

These are the basics.

Then you get into the more advanced exercises….

Many places you may have learned PE from — many of them overlook a very traditional and key part of natural penis enlargement – the good ol’ back-and forth slapping of your flaccid penis in between stretches.

And I’m not talking about 5 or 6, I’m talking about 25 – 50  going horizontal, 25 – 50 going up and down. And hard.

This is something that was originally taught in penis enlargement, but in the laziness of the modern ADD generation, things like this got forgotten… but they were there because they served a purpose.

Your penis sort of plumps up but remains soft and more “pliable”.  Especially if you get a good stretch in before “slapping”.

Perform these slaps every so often in- between stretches, and you’ll have a larger penis to work on throughout your workout.  This increases your length and girth gains per session.

Your penis needs to be “woken up” but not erect… at least somewhat, by the time you jelq.  You gotta get some bloodflow goin.

Do Squats Help Erectile Dysfunction? Squats for ED Work

squats help EDDo you currently have hard erections?

Well, your erections can be even physically harder and last longer… they can last so long that you can keep your erection after ejaculation for a long while… long enough to give a woman another orgasm, and oftentimes long enough to reach a second ejaculation.

There are several ways to do this, and one great way is with squats and leg workouts. Squats help erectile dysfunction and overall strengthen your erections.

How Squats Help Erectile Dysfunction

When squatting, besides activating the quadricep, hamstring and glute muscles, combined to make the largest muscle groups in your body (and the more muscle mass you workout, the more testosterone produced) squats improve circulation around the whole pelvic area, bringing “life” to the area. In this way, squats help erectile dysfunction naturally and with excellent results.

After performing squats for some time, I definitely experienced an improvement in erectile function, especially immediately after the workout for some time. I wouldn’t be amazed if it strengthens the PC / BC / Pelvic swing on the up motion as well.

When trying to gain strength in the area, and therefore testosterone, the idea is to try and increase the amount you can lift, systematically. Even if just by a little bit. It can feel like a two steps forward one step back process, with some days harder than others, but in time, you should work to try and build size.

Some tips to keep in mind when strengthening your leg muscles for a testosterone boost:

  • Warm up with some stretches, and always start your first set with light weight.
  • Drink lots of water before, during and after your workout.
  • Eat a good meal (protein and carbs) two hours before working out (so that you have some fuel and muscle building material, but not so soon that you are still digesting while working out), and then eat a good meal as soon as you finish your workout (to feed and heal the muscles).
  • Try and go “ass to the grass” when you squat (as low as possible) to activate the glute muscles… unless you have bad knees, then just go as low as possible, and feel a stretch in glute area.
  • Start off with some weight that you can lift easily, just to warm up.  Then push it to something you can do about 10 times without much of a problem.  Then begin pushing yourself a bit. Even if you only hit 4 reps, if it’s heavy weight, you’re getting a major strength increase (and therefore T injection).
  • When squatting don’t use the smith machine, use the free bar.  Feel free to switch up occasionally to the smith machine, but use the free bar more often. Needing to balance increases strength.

If you are working out just to increase male libido, then leg workouts are your best bet. Along with squats, leg press and deadlift are great. But in my opinion, due to the range of motion, squats help erectile dysfunction more than most other leg workouts.

Also, you can finish these leg workouts in under 45 minutes, sometimes less.

Squats help Erectile Dysfunction, but so do the following:

Natural erectile dysfunction treatments like yohimbe, tribulus terrestris, tongkat ali, muira puama can give your erection an extra kick too.

These are just some easy things you can do to naturally boost erection quality immediately, but there are more advanced techniques to REALLY supercharge your erections.

All a doctor will do for you is write a prescription… take your erection strength into your own hands… you have much more potency than you think.

How to Get a Fat Penis, Naturally and With Your Hands

how to get a fat penisWhen asked what is more important, length or thickness, women usually prefer a fatter penis over a longer one.

I think a long penis is more important to our ego…. “oh, I got an 8 incher…” sounds more powerful than “I got six inches of girth”

However, in reality, having 6 inches of girth with average length can make a woman orgasm easier than an 8 incher with average girth… the clitoris is what makes a woman orgasm, whether its on the outside, or the clitoral bundle on the inside (more popularly known as the g-spot)… and a fatter erection can stimulate these spots easier.

Natural penis enlargement exercises work to add length and girth to your penis, but if you perform them with more of an erection, then you will work more on girth.

(Caution: make sure you’ve “conditioned” your penis to natural penis enlargement exercises with a lower level of erection, somewhere around 50%, for at least a few weeks before you start the exercises.  Also make sure to warm up sufficiently and avoid putting pressure on the dorsal nerve…)

How to Stay Hard After Ejaculating

Some men have this ability early on in their sex lives, and lose it as they get older… others keep this ability their whole lives.

These are the minority of men.

For most of us, ejaculating spells the end of our erection and our sexual performance.

And if our girl didn’t get off… too bad. For her, and for our self esteem.

There’s always the oral sex route, or round two, but usually after ejaculating, we don’t feel like doing much of anything… other than maybe ordering a pizza or knocking out for a while.

Learn How to Stay Hard After Ejaculating Naturally

While not all of us will be able to gain the ability to stay hard after ejaculating, until we have a second ejaculation… we can at least learn how to stay hard for a good while after ejaculation.

And with enough training, then we stay hard and continue on until we get to a second ejaculation.

Part of it is really strengthening your erections.  There are some techniques for stronger erections that are really effective.  The “erection strengthening exercises” involve two parts: 1) Really concentrating on and strengthening your pc/bc/pelvic muscles… your “erection muscles”, 2) manually forcing and improving blood flow throughout your penis (similar to jelqing).

Next, you want to keep a constant level of cardiovascular activity going, in order to keep your blood circulation strong. The longer, and more intense, and the better your body and erections will react. While the above exercises strengthen your erection to the point that you can stay hard after ejaculating for some time, performing high intensity cardio will boost your circulation and nitric oxide production, allowing you to stay hard until a FOLLOWING ejaculation.

Throw in some natural things to boost your testosterone production (like getting some sunlight, fair intake of carbs, protein and fat, good sleep, keeping stomach fat down)… these things will keep your sex drive so high that you don’t get “wiped out” mentally and physically when you come.

Lastly, and most importantly, you need to keep a strong mind after you ejaculate… try and keep something arousing in mind (hard, I know) or in sight, and keep on penetrating. Your erection may flag a little, but keep up the penetration, and you should receive enough stimulation for it to become hard again and stay hard after ejaculating, for the most part at least, until it fully comes back to life. Just keep on pumping… have fun… don’t let it die… it can come back.

Another option to “stay hard after ejaculating” is to learn how to block ejaculation during orgasm with an ancient Taoist technique. Technically you’re not ejaculating, but you’re still having an orgasm.

Ejaculation and orgasm are two separate events, occurring simultaneously. Learn to block off the ejaculation during your orgasm, and you can have as many orgasms as you’d like without losing any erection strength.
