Watching Porn Without Ejaculating Increases Testosterone

watching porn without ejaculatingStudies on men watching porn without ejaculating, and then lifting weights, have shown that they lift significantly more than men who don’t. They also had higher salivary testosterone levels.

Testosterone production is increased when required.  In numerous mammals, including monkeys, lions, hippos and elephants, testosterone levels spike when a female is around and there is a chance to mate.

This works to increase male libido in these species, as well as give them a boost in strength in case they need to fight off other suitors, also pumped full of testosterone.

During mating season, elephants testosterone levels are 60 times higher than normal!!!

So us, as humans, share something similar (to a much smaller multiple than 60!), when watching nude women performing sexual acts… it boosts our testosterone levels and physical strength, allowing us to “better compete”, including the ability to lift more in the gym.

However, if you ejaculate, you’ll “complete” what your higher testosterone levels set out to do, and you’ll be drained and actually lift much less… so watching porn without ejaculating before the gym for a boost of strength is the way to go, and save the sex or masturbation for afterwards.

I wonder if this technique will work when you go out to the club or bars… the human equivalent to male competition over females without the blood (most the time, at least)… maybe watching porn without ejaculating before going out, and you’ll do better with women?

Worth a shot…

How to Make Your Penis Bigger Without Pills

ron jeremy penis enlargement secretsI know there’s a lot of bullshit out there claiming to make your penis bigger.

I know this is a scam filled world, full of people trying to take advantage of you and your insecurities… and it honestly is.

I remember being up late night and watching those Extenze commercials, with Ron Jeremy and a couple of cockfiend women around him, acting like having a big penis is the sole purpose of a man. And if you don’t have a big penis, you’re doomed to be the laughing stock of your social circle, and women will never date you.

You know what irritated me about these commercials?  That I know for a fact penis enlargement pills don’t work.  They’ll give you a boost of libido and stronger erections, but will not make your penis bigger.

So Extenze builds up your insecurities to the point that you buy the pills, and then the pills fail to deliver, leaving you with crushed hopes and a broken heart… and then they scam you out of a few payments before they ever actually stop charging you… (check scam/complaint websites to verify this).

Ron Jeremy Did Not Take Pills to Increase His Penis Size. He was Naturally Given a Big Penis… That’s All… No Secrets There

So Ron Jeremy got a big penis because of Extenze?  No… in the 70’s Ron was doing porn, and he had a ten inch schlong way back when… decades before this crap was ever conceived.

Extension devices can increase your length, penis pumps can increase girth, and surgery can increase both.  Natural penis enlargement exercises increase length and girth… without any side effects or harm to your erections.

But penis enlargement pills do NATHAN.  They increase your credit card debt, not your penis size.

Personally, my favorite are natural penis enlargement exercises… they increase your erect length and girth, as well as increase flaccid penis size, and give you stronger erections…

Have faith in me my friend… I’m a normal dude just like you… but I’ve managed to make my penis bigger… I can show you the way.

Leg Press & Squats Are Erection Strengthening Exercises

The larger the muscle group that you workout, the larger the hormonal response.

And your leg muscle group, which is the largest muscle group in your body, provides the largest boost in testosterone. Leg press and squats are two great ways of enlarging this muscle group.

Increase testosterone production, increase male libido. Increase male libido, and you achieve harder, longer-lasting erections.

Some people hate working out their legs when they go to the gym… I love it.  Leg press and squats are the secret to solid masculinity.

When I hit some heavy weight during squats and leg press, and feel my thigh muscles swollen up… I walk out of the gym stomping like a T-Rex.  I feel solid, balanced.  I also have a sky high libido, and feel like I can devour any woman around me… the increased circulation to the pelvic region gives me stronger erections.

If you are looking for natural ways to improve sex drive and erection quality, strengthening your leg muscles is a good one.  Even if you do nothing else at the gym, some squats and leg press at least once a week (twice is better), with progressively increasing weight load, and you’ll become a virile beast.

There are other natural things you can do to improve male libido… such as:

  • Getting some sunlight – or upping your vitamin D in general.
  • Watching porn without ejaculating
  • Eating mixed nuts
  • Avoiding long, hot baths and showers

Overall I know about 25 scientifically-backed things you can do, activities that you can seamlessly integrate into your life (without thinking about it), that will not only increase libido and strengthen erections, but will have you feeling more confident, overall stronger, sleeping better and more of the other benefits of an increased testosterone production.

Have a good one!!

Does Sertraline Make You Last Longer In Bed? My Experience

When it comes to premature ejaculation, SSRI’s such as sertraline (Zoloft) are often prescribed to help the situation. But does sertraline make you last longer in bed? Does it really work? I received this question below, and will go into my own experience with the SSRI and PE, below:

“Hi. I have a problem with premature ejaculation. It has caused more than a little embarrassment for me in my relationship. I can even ejaculate if I focus too hard on thinking about sex and what it feels like and having sex!! Do you have any advice for me on how to help with this premature ejaculation problem? It makes it very difficult for me to please my wife in bed. Any help would be appreciated!”

Thanks,

Brandon

My reply:
does sertraline make you last longer in bedIt sounds like you have a really bad case of premature ejaculation. I used to have pretty bad premature ejaculation, but if you can “think yourself” into ejaculation, I think you need some extra help.

While ejaculation control exercises are a good way to gain ejaculation control for most men, in your case you should really attack your premature ejaculation head on…

SSRI’s significantly delay ejaculation. SSRI’s are a class of antidepressants that “fix” your serotonin — your happy chemical — production… these include:

  • Zoloft (Sertraline)
  • Prozac (Fluoxetine)
  • Lexapro (Escitalopram)
  • Paxil (Paroxetine)

While antidepressants may slightly decrease libido (especially in the beginning) and it is said they can weaken erections (never happened to me), just trying to ejaculate is like fighting an uphill battle… which coming from somebody who at one point had the opposite problem (horrendous premature ejaculation), it is an awesome “struggle” to have…

And it doesn’t really matter which antidepressant you use, Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, Paxil… they all have equal ejaculation delaying properties.

My Personal Experience with Antidepressants

I had a problem a few years back where half of my face became paralyzed. It’s called Bell’s Palsy. They don’t know what causes it, or why it happens. It hits about 1 in 10,000 people.

The majority of people fully heal within a few weeks. I was one of the lucky few who didn’t. I had about a 70% healing, and it was over a long period of time.  With much facial exercises and vitamins I was able to achieve this.

I was pissed off at the world.  I thought, “why me??”… I felt like the world was out to get me.  I became a hermit for some time.

Love life?  Nonexistent…

First hearing about it, you may think it’s just a minor blow to vanity, but not being able to properly express your emotions and not having control over your face (and people’s reactions) can cause some serious psychological issues.

At the lowest point of my depression I sought professional help and got on sertraline… and I must say, it really helped get me out of the dark hole I was in, and helped me to see things in a more positive and accepting light.

Little by little I started dating again, even got me a couple of real good looking girls (this really instilled in me the truth that attitude is more important than anything else when attracting women), and my sex life started up again.

But Man, How Things Were Different During Sex on Sertraline… Does Sertraline Make You Last Longer in Bed?… Oh Yeah… Much Longer

While I noticed my new delayed ejaculation during masturbation, it was especially awesome during sex… ejaculation control wasn’t the word to describe my new lasting powers.

In the process of just trying to get ONE ejaculation, I gave my girl multiple orgasms.

Life after Zoloft

I got off of the meds about a year later, when I was doing much better emotionally and socially, and while I didn’t have to “fight” to orgasm, I was still able to last longer during intercourse then before I was on sertraline.

I gleaned some powerful insights into ejaculation control and lasting longer in bed while on the sertraline… and kept these insights with me for the long run, even after the medication.

Thanks neuroplasticity!  (“Not only can the brain learn new tricks, but it can also change its structure and function–even in old age.” – Time Magazine)

Sertraline, and antidepressants in general are fantastic for overcoming depression, as well as controlling premature ejaculation. However, they can lead to side effects in some (but not all) men, including weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, and reduction in sex drive.

It’s best to try and beat the problem with ejaculation control exercises, like these: Ejaculation Control Training

Take the antidepressants for some time while getting the hang of the exercises. Another option is to get a script for paroxetine or dapoxetine, which can be used on demand rather than needing to take on a regular basis.

Have a good one!
