5 Things That Can Make A Small Flaccid Penis Even Smaller

Growing up I was always a “grower”.

When erect, I had a fairly decent/average size, but I had a small flaccid penis size.

A number of incidents showed me this…

For instance, one time I was changing in a water park, and happened to see a couple of kids who were much younger than me changing, and they were already much larger than me down there… or the time I caught a glimpse of my dad’s, changing after a white water rapids trip…

It made me feel like having a big flaccid penis size was normal, and I was just abnormal.

I had hoped that upon reaching adulthood, I’d have a bigger flaccid penis, but alas… I stayed with the small flaccid size.

A couple of other embarrassing situations caused me to look into natural penis enlargement, and to stick to the exercises with more tenacity… situations like driving and a woman grabbing my penis out-of-the-blue, and it was FAR from ready (usually caused even more flaccid shrinkage, due to the anxiety), or dancing in clubs with women (I believe some women do “size you up” when you dance with them… because when I increased my flaccid size, I had some positive comments from the ladies when dancing with them).

2. Rogaine/Minoxidil

Minoxidil, the drug found in Rogaine, was originally used to treat high blood pressure. I’ve used Rogaine once a day over the years to help maintain the little hair coverage I have going on the top of my scalp. I tend to be very sensitive to any medication, so just a small amount of Rogaine seems to lower my blood pressure slightly, leading to less blood flow in the penis. This effect can last up to half a day after using it. It is a strange side effect, but I put up with it to keep the hair I have left.  When I miss a day (which I do on purpose from time to time), I have a MASSIVE flaccid hang.

3. Anxiety

Anxiety and stress increases cortisol, your fight-or-flight hormone.  When you are feeling anxious over a situation, your flaccid penis may decrease in size a little, and as you become more comfortable with the same situation, your bigger flaccid hang will come back.  That’s why it’s good to perform natural penis enlargement on a regular basis, to keep the blood flow to your flaccid size healthy and strong.

4. Lack of Sleep 

A bad night’s sleep increases your cortisol levels (see above), reduces blood circulation, and decreases your testosterone levels. All of this can lead to a small flaccid penis size, or at least smaller than normal.

Then there are other more common forms of shrinkage, such as very cold water.

Can Porn Cause Erectile Dysfunction? Science’s Answer

Can porn cause ED?Erectile dysfunction due to mental causes is extremely common in men of all ages.

Problem is, it’s hard to pinpoint how or why this sort of “psychological ED” started, and even harder to figure out how to overcome it.

So this shocking and difficult event can send men into an anxious frenzy in order to find the culprit for their lack of erections… and one culprit has been taking the biggest beating lately – porn.

I receive questions on a daily basis from young men asking if porn causes erectile dysfunction.  I’ve seen discussions on forums and even seen websites dedicated to this “porn-induced ED” theory…

The reasoning behind the theory makes sense – men see such highly arousing visuals through porn that they can no longer achieve erections during regular intercourse…

While the idea that being so overly stimulated by porn causes normal sex to be too boring to get it up, sounds good in theory… it’s not true.

In reality, the person is facing anxiety, which every human faces before sex. Combine this with the deep-seated guilt of having watched “sinful” porn… and its the perfect psychological prescription for ED.

Oftentimes men believe that they should have to pay some sort of price for their “sin” of watching porn… and that price is erectile dysfunction… I mean, you gotta pay for it somehow, right?

Well there’s no truth to this… and luckily, science saved the day.

Porn does not cause ED; porn actually improves erection quality according to studies

Researches at UCLA and Montreal’s Concordia University found that time spent watching porn does not cause erectile dysfunction, but to the contrary, actually created a “stronger desire for sex with a partner“.

280 straight male volunteers participated in the survey, stating how often they viewed porn, and their relationship status (127 had regular sex partners).

The study authors reviewed the data, and found no link between porn watching and erectile dysfunction.

The findings continued…

The participants were invited into the lab, and shown films of men and women having sex, up to 3 minutes in length.  The films were a little less “deviant” than most of the porn that the men regularly watched.

The participants were asked to describe how physically aroused they became while viewing the films. The men who regularly watched porn responded much better — erection wise — than the men who didn’t, or rarely viewed porn, showing that porn actually better conditions a man to respond to sexual stimuli.

Keeping your erection “in shape” helps to avoid erectile dysfunction, and porn helps accomplish this “exercise” 

Becoming mentally aroused, achieving an erection, and ejaculating – all three – on a regular basis, is good for your libido and erection quality.

Whether this is through regular sex with your partner, or with the help of porn, these activities will keep your erection functioning normally.

If you don’t use it… you do lose it… at least to some degree (which is recoverable).

So what CAN you do if you are having problems getting an erection before sex?

If you are experiencing a mental block to getting an erection, due to sexual performance anxiety, no need to cut out the Pornhub… first thing you have to do is admit that you’re anxious.  This in and of itself will reduce the anxiety’s power over you, and allow you to work through it.

Trying to ignore the anxiety will not prevent the anxiety from being there; rather it will just allow the anxiety to run amok in the shadows, increasing its strength and not giving you a path through it.

The next thing you have to do is just concentrate on getting as mentally aroused (“horny”) as possible, without even thinking about your erection… your penis knows what to do, it just needs the proper signals…

Using The Dry Orgasm Technique To Last Longer During Sex

how to have dry orgasmsIf it weren’t for losing your erection after orgasm, think of how great you’d be in bed… a never ending erection!

And think about how much fun sex would be…  racing towards your orgasm without a fear in the world (rather than holding back)! And having orgasm after orgasm!

For women it’s easy… they don’t have to “maintain” something to have sex. They can go on forever.

But we have a time limit (ejaculation)… and once that time limit is up, our erection is down for the count… But it doesn’t have to be this way.  You can learn how to penetrate longer by holding back your ejaculation during orgasm.

And on the other hand, some men don’t get so wiped out after an orgasm, so multiple orgasms with ejaculation work for them.

A small percentage of men naturally have the ability to stay hard after ejaculation, some men can LEARN how to stay hard after ejaculation, others can never get it down… When I purposely trained to do so, I was able to occasionally get the technique down. But didn’t feel right “wasting” so much semen.

  • For staying hard after ejaculation, you “train” your body to increase it’s NEED for ejaculation… but the tradeoff is you will be ejaculating quite a bit (which may leave you zapped of energy).
