Other lucky few keep the ability to stay hard after ejaculation (until a next ejaculation), even as they get older.

I wasn’t one of these.

However, you can train yourself to keep your erection after ejaculation.  I can’t guarantee that 100% of you will be able to do this 100% of the time, but with enough time and effort, the majority of you can learn how to stay hard after you ejaculate and continue on until a next ejaculation.

I’ve even heard of men in their 40’s who’ve learned how to do so, without ever having the “special power” before in their lives.

Here’s what’s needed in order to to keep erection after ejaculation:

  • Accustom yourself to ejaculating multiple times in a day
  • Perform some cardio
  • Keep mental arousal levels high as best as possible
  • Retrain your mind to seeing ejaculation as “not the end”
  • Perform activities to naturally increase testosterone production

When you accustom yourself to ejaculating multiple times (and preferably as soon after your previous ejaculation as possible), your body begins to “need it”… like a crackhead needs a hit.  Your “tolerance” to the refractory period gets stronger, and your ability to ejaculate soon after (or in time, right after) another ejaculation increases.

Problem with this?  It can be draining… (literally and figuratively)… so choose not to “train” for this when you have things that require a lot of energy, like a big sports event or heavy studying.  All depends on how bad you want the ability to stay hard after ejaculation… also, after you make the mental adjustment (change your way of looking at ejaculation; mentioned later), oftentimes you can “take with you” this ability, without having to ejaculate so much.

You also need to perform some cardio.  Bike riding, running, whatever it may be.  Make sure your oxygen levels and blood flow is at an optimum.  This helps increase the ease of getting (and keeping) an erection, and also improves libido.

You need to have your mind in the right place to continue on… you need to force yourself to stay in a highly aroused state, at least mentally, if you don’t have the visuals around…

You also need to retrain your mind to not looking at ejaculation as the end of your erection… throughout the years, during sex and masturbation, you aimed for the one “big shot”… and left it at that.  If you practice continuing on stimulating past the temporary weakness in mental and physical arousal, you’ll soon get your erection and libido back, and be able to continue on until a next ejaculation.

Another thing that helps to keep erection after ejaculation is naturally boosting your testosterone production to strengthen libido.  Get some sunlight, sufficient sleep, eat mixed nuts, and get into the gym and lift relatively heavy weight compared to what you can lift… these will all help boost testosterone levels and naturally increase libido/keep arousal levels high.

With this information you should be able to learn how to keep erection after ejaculation… may take some “practice” (oh, what hard work!), but you should get it in time.

And even if you’re not able to pull it off every time, you will greatly reduce your refractory period, and also, keep the ability to stay hard after ejaculation for a long time… even if it’s not until a next ejaculation.

Kegels (aka pc squeezes)… that’s all you need, according to most sex experts.  Just squeeze away at your pc muscle, and you’ll be able to last longer during sex seem to be the general consensus.

Well, while kegels do play an important role during sex to delay ejaculation, squeezing your pc muscle at the wrong time can actually cause premature ejaculation during sex.

You see, when you squeeze the pubococcygeus (pc) muscle during sex, you are essentially priming, or stimulating, the prostate at the same time, which can bring ejaculation much closer.

How to Keep An Erection After Ejaculation – Continue Penetrating!

This is a genetically given “power”, and this is the minority of men… most men can’t do this… or at least they believe they can’t.

Over the years I’ve discovered that the ability to stay hard after ejaculation can actually be learned by most men.

I’ve heard of men who’ve never been able to keep an erection after ejaculation, but picked up this skill in their 30’s… which is really quite amazing (with many of them keeping this technique – and improving on this technique – well past their 50’s!)

The commonly held idea is that the refractory period (the time period after ejaculation where it’s not possible to get an erection) gets longer and stronger as we get older, but a man learning how to stay hard after climax in his 30’s refutes this idea.

For example my brother has shared with me that he learned how to stay hard after ejaculation by “training” himself.  Part of this training entails masturbating or having sex as many times in a day as possible. He, however, says he loses this power when not training.

I personally don’t like ejaculating in excess (due to the Taoist theory that ejaculation weakens you and may lower testosterone levels), and even without “training” I’ve been able to keep an erection after ejaculation on several occasions.

If you’d like to train yourself to stay erect after ejaculation, absorb this knowledge:

  • Don’t accept the refractory period as necessary.  A sexual therapist who gained the ability to keep an erection after ejaculation when in his 30’s once commented that most men he surveyed said they can only have one orgasm… but they all admitted that they never tried stimulating themselves beyond the first orgasm.   Don’t accept the refractory period as necessary, and you’re taking the first step in the right direction.
  • Even if you lose some of your erection strength for a little while after you ejaculate, don’t worry.  The times where I’ve kept my erection after ejaculation, my erection slightly flagged… my brother also mentioned this happens to him as well. However, continue on stimulating, and in time it should come back full strength. Keep your mind as mentally aroused as possible as well… not easy in this state, but if you can keep some arousing thoughts or visuals going on, it can help.
  • Consider “training”… ejaculating as many times as you can in a day, in as close a succession as possible.   This trains your body to need to ejaculate more often.  So if you do this a few days in a row (you may feel drained… eat your protein and zinc!), then stop for a day, you will have a big urge to ejaculate (like a druggie needs his fix)… then the day after abstaining, you should have increased your ability to ejaculate without losing your erection, in order to feed your newly developed “need” that hasn’t been fed for a day.  Makes sense?  Then apparently once you’ve seen this is possible, it’s easier for you to do it in the future as well.
  • Cardio. Cardio increases dopamine (as well as dopamine receptors in your brain), one of the main neurotransmitters responsible for sex drive.  After ejaculation, prolactin (the relaxation neurotransmitter) kicks in and overpowers dopamine… so the more dopamine your body produces, the better the chance of keeping a sex drive after ejaculation (the mental, maybe even more so than the physical, is so important for keeping your erection after ejaculation).

Cardio will also improve the blood flow throughout your body, which helps with erection strengthening.  So go ahead and give it a shot… if you got some time (and semen) to kill, you too can very likely learn how to become a multi-ejaculatory male.
