The idea that testosterone levels are reduced during ejaculation is an idea that has it’s basis in ancient China.
The Taoists have long held beliefs that if you ejaculate, you “spill your life essence”.
Boxing trainers and football coaches generally tell their athletes to hold off on ejaculation before a big event, due to the weakness that is felt after an ejaculation.
And studies have actually shown that holding back from ejaculating for a week or so produces a sharp spike in testosterone.
However, in my opinion, everything should be done in moderation.
An ejaculation after a week (or more) of abstinence will be overwhelmingly powerful, and will take a large toll on your energy levels and drive, however, this has nothing to do with testosterone levels.
Holding back from ejaculating for too long will increase stress levels, and make sleep harder to come by, and a lack of sleep is very bad for testosterone production. Sleep is when your testosterone levels recharge… and length and quality of sleep play a role.
Also, studies have shown that middle-aged men who ejaculate 4 to 5 times a week look up to 10 years younger (on average) than men who only ejaculate once or twice a week. Scientists attribute these men’s improved appearance (including healthier skin, hair and muscle mass) to the chemicals released during ejaculation.
With regular ejaculation (like every other day), your body becomes accustomed to ejaculating and instead of one “BIG BANG” every week wiping you out, you have a few spread out “bangs”; this will keep up a healthy testosterone production and sex drive, without the weak feelings you experience after a large, saved up erection.
If you’re looking into how to get hard on command, you must know this first – your erection almost has a mind of its own.
While it’s definitely set off in your real mind, you can’t mentally force an erection to happen. Just like a difficult student in class, try and force it, and will do just the opposite of what you want.

Glad you found my site relatable and believable. Penis enlargement exercises worked for me, so I’m just trying to convey it in as realistic a way as possible – you really can make your penis bigger.
If they are selling pills, than I can guarantee you whatever site you are visiting is bullshit, and most of them will say anything to get you to buy… miracle claims, invented testimonials (“gain 4 inches in one month!”). Being a believer in karma, it kind of pisses me off that they do this… knowing damn well that not one pill on the market can even add a millimeter to your penis size.
If you searched “real ways to make your penis bigger” and found me, then you’re in luck. This is no bullshit penis enlargement – a a real way to make your penis bigger…
As to your starting size, you are not small at all…. you are within the average range. So don’t fret about that.
Reaching 7 inches is a realistic goal, if you are a determined person, apply the right techniques and are a natural gainer… making your penis bigger is not even about hard work, it’s just about being patient and putting time into it…. I know of a man who was actually a little under 5 inches who made it to a little over 7 inches…. but it took some time, patience, and a little work. I remember growing up, I always had a small flaccid penis, that would never hang, just sort of poke out…. if I would have known how to make my penis hang lower, I would have started much sooner.
